How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.99 . Shipping is free for orders over €79 .

How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days .

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only offer shipping within Germany.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at denis.reiti@web.de . Please note that changes or cancellations are no longer possible once your order has been processed.

Can I return my order?

Who bears the return costs?

We usually cover the costs of return shipping, but it is possible that the customer will have to bear these costs.
